Workshops with Cherrybell Print

These workshops can be for beginners or more experienced artists wanting to extend their practice.

They concentrate on printing techniques that don’t require a press. Techniques that it is easy to continue with minimal equipment in your own home or studio.

Relief printing with styrofoam plates - Starting with small plates to discover ways to make marks in the styrofoam, continue to larger plates and multi-colour designs, by registering or making jigsaw prints.

Monoprinting - using acrylic plates. Draw into ink rolled onto the plate, or brush and draw with the ink to create designs.

Printing on fabric using foam blocks - Creating the block from cut-out foam pieces on an acrylic sheet base. Learn pattern repetition and plate placement.

Workshops can last for 2 hours or a whole day. All materials and equipment are included and they can be run in any space with tables and access to a sink for cleaning up.

Prices on application depending on length and number of participants (maximum 10)
